Future Die Cast designs and builds tooling directly from CAD models provided by the customer. However, Future offers design and engineering support to ensure the design is castable with HPDC equipment. In-house mold flow analysis is also available as required.

After tool design is complete, our 3 dimensional machining equipment is programmed to produce the cavity blocks, slides and ejector plates, as well as other components required for prototype or production dies.

3D plastic parts are normally produced from the finished product CAD file as an aide to development of machining and cmm fixtures prior to the actual production of the die cast die.
