Future Die Cast designs and builds tooling directly from CAD models normally provided by the customer. However, Future offers design and engineering support for those customers who would like our input.
After tool design is complete, our tool building equipment is programmed to produce the cavity blocks, slides and ejector plates, as well as other components required for prototype or production. Our tool room operates on a 24/7 basis to ensure that we are able to meet our commitments.
In many cases we are able to use common components to reduce both cost and timing. These tools are sometimes referred to as “pull-ahead” or interim tooling. We also build H13 steel dies in those cases where volume or geometry dictates.
