Low & Intermediate Volume Production

LOW & INTERMEDIATE VOLUME PRODUCTION

Future moves easily from low volume to intermediate levels as your volume grows

How can you sell 200 to 2000 parts without the high cost associated with production dies?

The process used by FUTURE DIE CAST is an economical way to produce precision, rapid short run die castings made from aluminum and zinc and produced on production die cast machines. We utilize the same die technology that we built for your prototype tool and with only minor changes – we can launch into production.

Our key to this is a complete ISO approved production facility that is dedicated to fast die changes through small batch shipping. Our partnerships with top notch metal cutting sources allow us to have secondary machining processed into the part at a reasonable price. Future will even use our production finishing sources to make sure even small batches to have the same protective finishes that pass environmental testing.

Customers use Future to sell 200 parts to 25,000 parts per year

Some companies know they have product niche that need lower volumes and lower cost tooling solutions compared to higher volume production resources. Future gears our production systems to move seamlessly from prototype and low volume production up through higher volume production like 20,000 parts are year.

As your volumes expand with Future, we move beyond your initial tooling. A prototype tool will not deliver long term volume production. For a customer needing 2000 parts total, the original tool can usually serve them. For the customer needing 2000 part a year, a longer life tool is created as the original tool is wearing. We bring in tools and systems like industry hardened H13 production tooling, hydraulic trim dies and innovative ‘in line machining stations’ that allow us to increase volume at a lower price all without missing your delivery schedule.
