FUTURE DIE CAST & ENGINEERING
was founded in 1991 with two primary missions:

  1. Design and build steel high-pressure die cast dies in a 3 – 6 week time frame for the production of prototype and low volume die castings.

  2. Produce prototype and low volume die castings on high pressure production die cast equipment in accordance with commercial practices and NADCA standards. This method of prototyping validates the production process as well as the product design.

Today, 15 years later, we are pleased to announce that we have been successful in accomplishing our mission. Future Die Cast & Engineering currently produces in excess of 100 tools per year using the latest CAD CAM technologies and programmable equipment to design tooling and build steel cavities and slides as well as other components required to produce high pressure zinc and aluminum die castings.

Incorporating the following services in one facility provides for a smooth, timely transition from one process to the next, which is absolutely essential to achieve a 3 – 6 week prototype or low volume program:

  • product engineering and design support

  • tool design and tool build

  • produce high pressure zinc and aluminum castings in production die cast machines ranging in size from 20 to 800 tons

  • secondary machining

  • CMM layout inspection, metal analysis and x-ray
